Ernest Kafka, psychoanalyst and FOFA board member, and Barbara Kafka, culinary expert and cookbook author, amassed an extraordinary collection of Oaxacan folk art in the course of repeated trips to Oaxaca. Extremely focused, generous and adventuresome, and with excellent taste, Ernie and Barbara visited artists’ home studios in their pueblos to collect an extensive array of works. FOFA has had the good fortune to receive a donation of many of these unique pieces that we now offer at this special sale.
